Comers Longstay
With the Longstay module, booking and payment are handled continuously, which reduces your working time in the booking system.
The period of stay is booked in advance, then you choose to send an e-invoice directly to the company on a monthly basis or to charge the guest's credit card on an ongoing basis. Extra services such as cleaning, meals and treatments can then be ordered independently by the guest via their login to the booking.
To minimize the tenant's dependence on your availability, check-in and check-out are also handled digitally via the app. Comers is fully integrated with SALTO SPACE and can therefore also provide access keys via mobile.
